Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns

Our policy for returns and exchanges lasts 30 days after your order ships. If your order shipped more than 30 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Items must be purchased at regular price; sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your order back to us until you've initiated the return process and have been provided the appropriate return address. To initiate the return process, please contact us via support@claws.co

Refunds

Once your order is returned and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return and the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be deposited.

If you have waited 7-10 business days and have not received your refund, please check both your bank account statement and credit card statement. If your refund does not appear, please contact your bank and credit card company for assistance. For further support, please contact us via support@claws.co

You will be refunded the total value of your order, minus any shipping fees. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • If an item is damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not in its original condition for reasons other than our error
  • If an item is returned more than 30 days after being shipped by us

Exchanges

We will exchange and replace item(s) if they are defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. If you'd like to exchange the same product for a different size, we will try to accommodate your request. To initiate the exchange process, please contact us via support@claws.co

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

After initiating the return/exchange process by contacting us via support@claws.co, we will provide you with the appropriate return address to ship your item(s) to.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request an exchange, we will ship your new item(s) to you free of charge.

If the value of your return item(s) exceeds $75 USD, we suggest using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we'll receive your return item(s) prior to delivery.
